At it

at_it

The key is to keep believing

Even when it seems like nothing is happening, or changing

Because its not the end result, as important as it is,

Its the process of learning, not giving up, doing everything to survive

That really matters, in the end

In the end, looking back,

We see how we’ve changed, grown, become better

So keep on believing, even if the result takes too long

To come, or never comes

Keep at it.

How NOT to get out of a cycle

  1. Complain about your situation constantly. Whine and moan. Its not fair that nothing ever goes the way you want it so what better way to make those around you hate you than to constantly remind them of how crappy your life is.
  2. Keep doing the same things, the same way over and over again. You got a routine of the way you do things?? Keep at it! I mean you want the same results you have been getting your whole life dont you? You are doing a good job so far, so why stop now?
  3. Keep denying reality. I mean, the way you see it in your head is way better that it is in real life, ain’t it?
  4. Do you ever take advice from people which in the end turns out to be bad advice and you constantly find yourself taking advice from the same people?Keep at it.
  5. You know the way you are always waiting for the next time you are getting paid? There’s actually nothing wrong with the way you are spending your money. After all, cutting down on unnecessary expences, budgeting and saving just never work with you.
  6. Ever find yourself in ‘waiting mode’. Waiting for that something to happen that will eventually make you life worth living? And then, and only then will you be truly happy? Yeah, you know what I’m talking about. You certainly dont have to get off your lazy behind and do something about it. It will happen when it’s supposed to happen right?
  7. Keep giving up on everything that is hard. Maybe it wasn’t just meant for you. I mean, it is hard. If every time you start something and at some point it requires you to put in a little more effort, time or think a little harder, you give up on it, then you my friend, are on the right track!
  8. You dont need to look for a better job if you hate the one you have now.You can blame that on the world economy. It is not that easy getting a job right now. In fact people are getting laid off so…
  9. And talking about blame, I think blaming everyone and everything around you for ALL the things that aren’t going right in your life is the way to go.That way you dont have to take responsibility for your OWN life.
  10. Self pity. Enough said.

To quit or not to quit…

My life has drastically changed these past few months…like completely.

I have had to grow up(against my will) really fast and embrace new responsibilities that I would have prefered to postpone to a much later date, but hey..

Any way my issue right now is somehow related…

This is one of those days. You know? sometimes ,like most people I assume, I just want to quit everything and just let  go completely.

But there’s this equal force that just won’t let me. Of course I have had those times that I felt invincible and felt like I can take anything. You know, no quiting, positive attitude, blah blah… I even sometimes think that I can have the same attitude all my life.

Then I have those times, I have no fighting spirit whatsoever and I want to let it all go but inside theres this “force” or should I call it hope that just won’t die, even at my lowest point. I dont know.

This is one of those days.
